Durante su año sabático, el maestro Sandro Romero Rey hizo una investigación sobre el director y dramaturgo japonés Seki Sano, quien estuvo brevemente por Latinoamérica a mediados del siglo XX y tuvo un gran impacto en el teatro, la televisión y el cine de
la época. Sin embargo, y pese a su influencia, es poco lo que se ha hablado de él.</div>
