A comienzos del año 1980, se anunció la llegada a Bogotá de una orquesta de gran renombre como la Fania All Stars y promovida para presentarse en un lugar simbólico como el Estadio El Campín. No era ni más ni menos que un sueño o una utopía irrealizable. A
pesar de ello era verdad. Los organizadores del evento promovieron con bombos y platillos la fecha, hora y día en que se presentaría la Fania All Stars en la capital: 9 de agosto de 1980. ¿Para los amantes del género, qué más se podía pedir? Sin embargo, vaya
sorpresa en esta dolorida ciudad de estafas, abusos e ilusiones masacradas, el concierto fue un rotundo fracaso, una desilusión colectiva y un ultraje a la credibilidad de un gran grupo de fanáticos que vieron su principal anhelo hecho añicos. Cinco historias
alrededor del fracasado concierto nos harán un retrato de la Bogotá salsera de los 80.</div>

Oliver lo asesina y esconde su cuerpo bajo el suelo. Sin embargo, un vecino alerta a las autoridades después de escuchar un grito, lo que lleva a los policías a acudir a la casa e investigar el caso. A pesar de sus esfuerzos por mantener la calma, la percepción
de un latido que cree que proviene del corazón del viejo bajo el suelo lo hace confesar su crimen a la policía, lo que finalmente lleva a su detención. En la comisaria, la detective Helen Dumbar interroga a Oliver para tratar de descubrir la verdad y los detalles
detrás del crimen. Oliver narra los detalles del asesinato a la detective, su paranoia y culpa se intensifican. Oliver se desintegra bajo el peso de su crimen y su conciencia.<br class="ContentPasted0">
